San Francisco Girls' School

This is a website I designed using Squarespace for a girls' high school focused on STEM and "enhanced by the arts" opening in California. I relied heavily on stock imagery as we had no photos to work with, so it was important I had an understanding of the curriculum to select appropriate images. I tried to select photos prospective students could identify with, focusing on both age range (respresentation of under-classmen and upper-classmen) and diversity. I also created a set of illustrations using the school's brand color to represent students' potential schedules to help incoming freshmen select their courses.

This project was intriguing to me as a female who studied design and STEM in college, so I wanted to display the artistic/creative and fun side of science that I see through incorporating elements like the white lines to display motion over the image on the laptop screen above.
